WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

- Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia

- Standard shipping is $4.25

- Shipping is free for any order of 3 or more manicure wrap sets

- Orders are shipped daily from Maryland, USA

- You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking number for your purchase

Our priority is to get your order delivered ASAP, that is why we typically ship orders within 48 hours of purchase. While we are all for speedy delivery, sometimes orders may take a little longer then expected due to holidays and the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Please be courteous to your Postal Workers during these busy times.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We strive to deliver high-quality products and customer service with every order. In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund (less shipping charges) within 21 days of your order's ship date. You are responsible for your return shipping charges. All items must be returned unopened and in their brand new condition in order to receive a refund. To start and inform us of your return, email us at info@ManifestByZaiyd.com. You will then receive the return shipping address to mail your returned item(s) to our warehouse.

Please note, upon receipt of your returned item(s) to us, it can take up to 10 business days for your refund to post to your bank or credit institution account.

We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for normal wear or application errors.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

We strive to deliver high-quality products with every order. If you receive damaged or defective item(s) email us at info@ManifestByZaiyd.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be asked for your order number and clear pictures of the product's defect. Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of your order's ship date.

We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for normal wear or application errors.

HOW DO I APPLY MY MANIFEST MANICURE WRAPS?

Clean. Size. Peel. Press. File. Manifest!

- Start with CLEAN, dry nails and hands.

- Select the SIZE manicure wraps that best fit your nails.

- Gently PEEL the manicure wraps from its paper backing and remove its silver tab and transparent top film, if applicable.

- Starting with your pinky finger, position the manicure wrap on your nail and PRESS firmly from the center toward the edge until it is wrinkle-free (avoid overlapping on your skin and cuticles). If necessary, gently stretch for a perfect fit.

- Fold the excess wrap over your nail tip, and FILE in a downward motion under your nail tip until edges are smooth.

- Now you can MANIFEST with your manicure!

HOW DO I REMOVE MY MANIFEST MANICURE WRAPS?

Simply soak your fingers in warm water for 5-10 minutes and slowly peel the manicure wrap away from your cuticle using your cuticle stick. While our wraps can be removed with water, they are water-proof and made to stay on during activities involving water.
Another option is to use a cotton pad soaked with nail polish remover and gently wipe over your nails, just like you would to remove nail polish.
Once the wraps have been removed, wash your hands and apply a cuticle oil, if necessary.

HOW LONG WILL MY MANIFEST MANICURE LAST?

With proper application, your Manifest manicure will typically last about 7 days. Duration may vary based on your nails conditions and your daily activities. To extend the durability and longevity of your Manifest manicure, it is suggested to apply a quality, clear top coat for a good seal. We cannot guarantee how long each Manifest manicure will last.

CAN I USE A BASE COAT WITH MANIFEST MANICURE WRAPS?

Yes, you can use a base coat, although it is not necessary. Manifest manicure wraps are made with a semi-translucent base coat. Applying an additional base coat (i.e. Orly Rubberized Bonder, etc.) can offer a layer of protection between your nails and the wraps which can prevent moisture from seeping under the wrap over time.

*Please test your base coat on one manicure wrap before applying to the rest of your nails to ensure it does not negatively affect your wrap.

CAN I USE TOP COAT WITH MANIFEST MANICURE WRAPS?

Yes, to extend the durability and longevity of your manicure wraps it is suggested to apply a quality, clear top coat (i.e. Orly Won't Chip Top Coat, Sally Hansen Insta-Dry, etc.) for a good seal. Apply your favorite clear top coat for a long-lasting, brilliant finish. If you notice any lifting over time simply reapply a clear top coat to reseal your nails. If you are using a gel top coat, clean off excess gel around your nails before curing them.

*Please test your clear top coat on one manicure wrap before applying to the rest of your nails to ensure it does not negatively affect your wrap.

WILL MANIFEST MANICURE WRAPS FIT THE SHAPES OF MY NAILS?

Yes, each Manifest manicure wrap set comes with various sizes to ensure that it will fit most nail shapes and sizes. For narrow nails, the wraps can be trimmed easily on the sides. For shorter nails, use a nail clipper to trim any excess wrap length instead of filing them. For wider nails, gently stretch for a more perfect fit. Be sure to smooth out your manicure wraps before and after trimming or stretching.

HOW CAN I MAXIMIZE THE USES OF MY MANIFEST MANICURE WRAPS?

Mix and match the leftovers, as well as layer them on top of each other for more creative looks. Our transparent, overlay manicure wraps are great for layering.

ARE MANIFEST MANICURE WRAPS REUSABLE?

No they are not. Our manicure wraps are designed for one time use. Once applied and set you will not be able to remove and reuse them.

HOW LONG DO MANIFEST MANICURE WRAPS LAST ONCE ITS SEALED PACKAGE IS OPENED?

Upon opening the sealed package you should apply your manicure wraps immediately. To preserve any remaining manicure wraps, store them in an airtight bag or tape the original packaging airtight shut and use within three months.

ARE MANIFEST MANICURE WRAPS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY?

Yes, our manicure wraps are non-toxic and an awesome alternative to the harmful nail salon and nail polish fumes. Please note, any personal health decision should be made with the guidance of your doctor.

ARE MANIFEST MANICURE WRAPS SAFE FOR CHILDREN TO USE?

Yes, our manicure wraps are great for all ages. They are an excellent and fun alternative to the toxic, smudgy, messy liquid nail polishes that can chip and even get in children's mouths.

HELPFUL HINTS

- Room temperature is key. Store your manicure wraps at room temperature and make sure they are at room temperature before applying.

- Always start with clean, dry nails and hands. Clean with soap and water and/or nail polish remover to remove excess oils.

- Buff nails and push back cuticles. Buffing your nail surface gives the wraps a better grip, allowing them to stay on longer.

- Apply base coat. A base coat (i.e. Orly Rubberized Bonder, etc) offers a layer of protection between your nails and the wraps.

- Avoid manicure wraps touching your skin and cuticles. Start with your pinky finger and apply wraps slightly above your cuticle line. Do not overlap on your cuticle or skin. Placing it on your cuticle or skin will cause wraps to lift easily.

- File downwards under your nail tips and in one direction only. Filing in any other direction may cause the manicure wraps to lift and air bubbles may occur.

- Apply a clear, top coat. Seal with your favorite quality, clear, top coat for a lasting finish (i.e. Orly Won't Chip Top Coat, Sally Hansen Insta-Dry, etc). If you are using a gel top coat, clean off excess gel around your nails before curing it.

- Avoid excessive water and oil-based products for a few hours. To give your manicure wraps enough time to adhere properly it is recommended to wait a few hours after you apply before submerging in water, using oil-based products or doing harsh activities.

- Maximize each pack. Wear the manicure wraps on all of your nails or on a few accent nails. Mix and match or layer the leftovers for your own unique design.
